how do i change the potentiometer its tiny, do i just take a small screwdriver and spin it? also is the VFF good for nitro and c02 or just c02 or it doesnt matter? cause i have nitro and im wondering is the VFF worth it

Use a small screwdriver (very small)

Yes the VFF is good. Also look at the New DeSignz HFV (High Flow Vertical). Works the same but does not require tappig (easier to install).
