Is there people who make your logos, or do you just have the most artistic guy on the team make a logo?

You can go to a sign shop (a shop that makes signs) and ask them if they do banners/logos. However, they may ask to you submit your design.

If you give them a design, what ever you put they will put. So don't give them like stick guys on a piece of paper.
