Kinda hard for one person but,

load up your gun and hopper, in your backyard or woods or something, setup popcans at different locations, or have someone else do it, pop out and take 2 shots, and keep doing that, have a timer, 1 minute, to take out lets say 10 cans or so

Make it so someone else sets up the cans, otherwise you'll already know where they are...

just setup simple bunkers and have the cans sticking out the side or something, most of the time your target will not be the whole person, so a popcan or pod is about the right size.

You should have your friend set them up (but make sure he is not there while shooting and he is behind you) so you don't know were they are.

What about a team thing

Snapshooting is something that everyone can pretty much practice themselves. Have teammates use their own time to practice snapshooting. I think things like snapshooting, and anything that involves your gun should be done on your own time because it's an individual effort and each person needs his own different kind of practice. When your team has the time to all be together your main concern should be tactics and the such.

the whole soda can is a good idea but if u dont have air and/or paint just screw in your tank, put on ur hopper or whatever, and practice in a mirror. see how much of yourself your exposing. theres no excuse to expose more than part of your gun and hopper, maybe very little of your upper body, and a part of your mask. go behind a wall, and practice coming out and have one of your friends, parents, or whoever look at you and tell you how tight your getting, etc. practice snap shooting on your off hand too. snap shooting is an essentialy learned skill in tournament paintball.

First of all guys, if he had a friend there why wouldn't he just snap shoot against his friend.

On the team practice part of it, Snap shooting is the best thing you can do as a team. With a pop can you can hang out of the bunker as long as you want. If you are snapping against a real person, it sets the environment like a real game. If you hang out to long, you get shot. The AA's take entire practice days dedicated to practicing snap shooting.

Try it with something else...

Try jumping out and chucking a tennis ball through a tire, then back in before someone else chucks a tennis ball at you...

It take longer to throw a tennis ball then shoot a paintball, so you will keep trying harder and harder to get out and in, and you will have to switch sides a lot cuz someone else will already have their arm coked and ready to throw...

Just try it,...
