yes the kit is worth it as long as it comes with a new metal ratechet and squishy paddles

If you have a basic X-7 without any trigger upgrades, probably not. If this were on an A-5 there'd be no question, but the X-7 cyclone has more durable internals than comes with the A-5. Your cyclone will safely feed to 20bps, and you shouldn't have the durability issues normally seen with an A-5 cyclone.

My vote says not to worry about it until it gets older or until you start really ripping on the rate of fire.

yes but as of now you don't really but the ratchet will eventually break and wear out

Need it? Well... not really. Is it a good idea? Absolutely. The only reason I'd hesitate if I were you is because there was a guy out at my field last weekend that wasn't happy with the Tech-T mods with a mechanical trigger. He ended up buying an X-7 hopper (this was on an A-5), and claims to be much happier with it now. However, in Tech-T's defense, I'd probably blame mechanical ineptitude, Because the from talking to the guy, he didn't seem like he'd be able to tell a vice grip from a crescent wrench.

so i shouldn't be worry too much until it's getting worn out or i am upgrading trigger system

In my superior opinion, no, you shouldn't worry about it at this juncture.

Get out there and start playing first before you start to upgrade. Then after a while if you start having problems or need more firepower, then consider upgrading.
