Ok I've owned these guns in chronological order:

Brass Eagle Samarai
Piranha STS G3
2k2 Autococker
2k2 Autococker
(yes i own two)

And I can't decide between a bushmaster or an impulse. I was lookign at bushys at paintballgear.com for $450 and an upgraded black impulse w/ voodoo full flow, blade trigger, and max-flow regulator. Which should i get? I am going to buy an angel as well but I'm getting a summer job to buy that.

Timmys are bad ace. But if you want to choose between the Immpy and Bushy i'd say the Immpy.

I haven't tried either, so for the sake of arguement, I'll say Bushy.

I woudl like opinions of people that HAVE used the guns.

Seriously, no tournament player needs a marker with fully automatic capabilities. Only serious rec players use full auto. The timmy has a 300psi operating pressure and the impulse im getting (its upgraded too) its operating pressure is 100psi.

well i used to be very anti impy and pro bushy, but after all these great imp upgrades and refinements and being used so much and customs being made (i never saw an adrenaline bushy :) ) and my bushy board pooping on me at the field, i am becoming more fund of imps and with a vert max flow reg, blade trigger and full flow i think it will be better than a stock bushy . . . though a new bushy with sidewinder and bizerk would be sweet. i dunno tough call, i still like bushies alot, they have a nice delrin bolt stock, adjustable trigger stock and way better milling . . . your call.

I love my stock impy. But I have a new barrel and a blade trigger in mail. Impies are becoming really good markers. More and more bad as$ upgrades are coming out. Like full flow, bolts and other sh*t. If you aren't running nitro then definitely the impy. I would just shoot both. They are both pretty small, tight markers so I would just which one feels better.

for $500

I don't hear any good arguments about the bush master so my next gun is likely an impy unless anyone can put up a good argument

Get the Impulse. You will be very pleased. I had a Stock impy before I got my Freak Factory Impulse. I am staying in the Smart Parts family. You also get spectacular customer service with the Impulse.

I would think about getting a new barrel for the impy. The stock progressive is ok, but it is nothing special. Just a thought. :)
