Can anyone tell me if/how there is an easy way to slide the bolt and internals back in once they have been removed?

p.s. got my 4.0 today woohoo!

just push it, and when it feels like it wont go in anymore, pull the trigger and push it in. just do that till its all the way in. dont be afraid of it.
