okay, so i was thinking today, when you get a break in a barrel that has alot of porting in it, all the paint always gets stuck in the little holes and is impossible to get out (unless you like sucking paint). so then it struck me, when you turn your gun upside down and try to shoot, you cant shoot a ball, but you can shoot air. if you put your hand on the end of your barrel and made a tight seal (while your gun was upside down, so you dont shoot yourself in the hand ;) ), and you dry fired, wouldnt the the air be forced out of the porting and blow the paint out??? hmm? anyone know if this will work?
hate to burst your bubble, but someone already thought of that. that's how i clean my porting. i read it one the net somewhere.;)

Try shooting a couple balls first, to clear the paint out of the actual barrel, then flip it over and clear the porting. If you break then immediately flip it over you're just gonna force some paint out the porting but still have a ton in your barrel

yes, i forgot to mention that paint gets stuck in the porting AFTER you squeegee, but you got the general idea.. im not that stupid =] i just forgot to tell you after you squeegee, you get a crapload of paint in the porting, then dry fire :)
