What is the most quiet barrel?

It really depends on the gun. What you want to find is the optimum amount of porting, too much will actually make the gun fairly loud, and too little will have the same effect. For instance, on the matrix a boomstick was actually louder than the stock JnJ barrel, while boomsticks do a good deal to quiet down angels. I find smart parts to have fairly quiet barrels however, the freak changed the sound signature on my gun so much it was really offputting at first
