E Bolt ,is it worth it?

i was thnking of getting a ebolt on my gun
so could oyu give me the pros and cons

Well...the price of one of those is pretty hefty...if you are serious about going electro...why not sell your M98 and take that money w/ the money for the ebolt, save up, and buy a true electro. If you wanna fire faster...go w/ a RT...the ebolt really isn't worth it in my opinion, plus it doesn't make the M98 a true electro b/c you are still using a sear...BTW...increased rates of fire wear out your sear faster...no big deal though...it's only a couple bucks. Anyway...that's my 2cents...sorry I couldn't be more help.

ya I agree with the guy above me. I once had a decked out model 98, but then relized there were way better guns out there. If you really want a electro go with a impulse they kick *****.

why not just drop in the LP kit, and use the extra cash to save up for a good electro, or maybe a mag/cocker?

I disagree. If you already have a Model 98 Custom, adding the electro kit is a great idea. It's a LOT cheaper than trying to sell your marker and getting about half what it's worth (because it's used) and the rate of fire with the electro kit is incredible.

It's already a great marker. Add the electro kit and it's a great marker that shoots super fast.

Now, if you don't have any marker and you're considering buying a M98 and adding the electro kit, then I might agree that you could spend just a bit more for an Impulse, Intimidator, etc. But if you already have the M98, the electro kit is a great upgrade.

i have seen an ebolt in action. one guy at my field has one, it is mad fast. i tried a couple of shots over the chrono; what happened was that his trigger pull was about a mm or so, so when bringing it to my shoulder i let loose a shot. then putting it down i shot the wall behidn it, reaching for the switc to turn it off i accidnetly brushed the trigger and shot the wall again.
i saw get the ebolt.
