In a Nutshell...Just get a bunch of people together that paintball, play for a while. when you get good enough, go to a tourny. Who knows, maybe you could get sponsored:D
This is very general. A lot more planning should go into making a team... Such as the roster, what kind of players you're looking for, what guns to get, etc, etc.

when i started my team ... years ago, We picked to see who will play what position, We have 6 people - 2 fronts, Left wing, Right Wing and two back players. The two back players should usually be the biggest Slowest guys and the two front should be small and fast. Also the back players need to have the best aim.
