I play about 75%-85% Woodsball/scenario games and the other 15%-25% is speedsball. I've heard many things about flatline, I've also heard that APEX is better. Or shold I just forget APEX adn the Flatline and get the Nightstick?
I have an A-5.
Edit: Would it be worth it to buy an APEX tip, and stick it on the Nightstick via a mod?
Any suggestions tips will be welcome. :)

There really is no need to shoot that extra distance that both the Apex and Flatline gives. Though if you want too anyway, I would suggest the Apex because it's not paint picky and its hella cheaper. I'm not sure about the Nightstick. The reviews on here say they are great and accuracy is the biggest issue for me. Though I normaly don't like the thought of buying barrels that don't come in black to match the rest of my gun. I figure if your gonna spend $60 or more, you might as well buy a used freak set so you can get the best paint to bore match. I wish I had a freak set because I normaly change the brand of paint I use each time I play just because of whatever is left available at the store or if another is on sell.

Get a Barrel kit or Palmers Brass Barrel. If you want a little more range at decreased accuracy, add the Apex tip to the barrel you choose.

This doesn't belong in the Tippmann forum.

If you are going for accuracy, don't go with the flatline. It sacrifices accuracy for range, along with it being a picky barrel.

i have to disagree with the comment on the flatline, my bro had it on his tippmann 98, it was great on accuracy and had great distance, myonly problem with it is that the ball moved awefully slow.
my other suggestion is if youre looking to do more speedball (which it doesnt look like it but i'll suggest itanyway) is to lean away from the a-5 or learn to shoot lefty
barrels wise its all gonna come down to paint to bore match which is whythe best suggestion is to get a barrel kit, while theyre expensive they can be quite worth it. but in my own opinion from the barrels you listed, i'd go witht he nightstick, but thats just me....i also just ordered a empire barrel kit for 20 bucks by finding a site liquidating them online....my only problem is that i dont know how long they are, but we'll find out when i get it lol

I think I just found those. Do you know of an adapter to use it on a 98C?

Don't think he'll be responding again, he hasn't logged in awhile, must be another one time user just to ask one question then be done with the site.
