First of all, are these guys reliable? Second, is there a chance in hell that my "barrel extension" would make it through Canadian customs if I ordered one?

Ok, I just checked that website... damn thats funny. What a rip-off. Sniper supplies... for paintball. Indeed.
Seriously, don't waste your money on these people... they appear pretty clueless. The "barrel extension" appears to be a silencer type of gizmo (those are illegal by the way... note the little disclaimer on the bottom of that page). If you want a more accurate shot, practice your aim. Make your marker more consistant... add a regulator, or a better (not longer) barrel and match it properly with good paint. Buy a case of paint and do some target practice. If you insist on spending money... at least buy something usefull. Looks like "magic beans" to me.

Well actualy I needed a quality silencer for when I go to my target range. The louder I am the better the chances of people hearing it fom the path that is far away but still in earshot. I am extremely safe and the location I use is extremely secluded, but it is still in earshot of a path, so I need a very quiet gun.

Get a barrel with lots of ports like an All American or a ACI Zero Gravity... silencers are illegal, whether they're for paintball markers, air rifles or real guns... no exceptions. No way will you get a silencer across the border... if you try, don't be surprised if the ATF (in the US) or the RCMP (in Canada) comes knocking on your door.
BTW, if you're within earshot of a pathway that people might use, that sounds like you're on public property... that's also illegal.
