Freak and All Star paintballs? HELP!

what freak size do i use for the All Star paintballs?

im gonna guess about a .686 but you could test your self if you have the paint already, set a ball in the insert and if its hard to get in use a bigger insert, if it rolls out, use a smaller insert. it should rest in the insert and you should be able to blow it out with out a great deal of effort (if your cheeks turn red from blowing so hard, use the next size up)
