I have a Spyder 2009 Victor. I purchased a Smart Parts 16" Progressive Barrel with Spyder Thread to replace the stock. The new barrel screws in, but is not flush against the body of the gun. There's about 1/2 inch of space in between the barrel and the gun. However, the barrel is snug and the logo is aligned properly. I'm wondering if this is a normal fit for Smart Part barrels on Spyder markers. The only issue I can think of is that I purchased the barrel off of ebay and possibly received a different threaded barrel than the Spyder one that was advertised.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

yeah looks like cocker threads to me. And that the first 2 threads may have been slightly crossthreaded when put in the gun.

Yeah sounds like you got screwed... If you bought it from a Store/dealer you might be able to get your money back or the correct threaded barrel. If you bought it from a person, then just ask for your money back, and if they refuse tell ebay.
