my price limit it 300 and i cant decide on either a g3 or 09 slg ul any suggestions or comments on the two

G3 for sure. The only think the SLG has over it is a slightly better stock barrel, and a slightly better board. The G3 is made of all metal, has a better feedneck, better ASA, better customer service, is lighter, and shoots smoother.

I have used both I would pick the G3 or threshold above the SLG anyday

is the g3s air usage any good idk wat it is i kno the slg's is 145

The SLG runs at a pressure of 145psi. The G3 runs around 180psi. That however does not mean that the SLG necessarily has better air efficiency. If I remember correctly, they are very similar as far as efficiency goes.
