He's a good kid,
but he sent about 10 e-mails with questions, dilemmas, and ways to stall. He said he would have the money on the 15th. He then continued to e-mail me, then finally sent a SORRY letter which read:
"Listen,
I have decided to cancel the deal. Nothing on
your part, I have just decided to go with something
else. I hope you find a buyer, I apologize.
Matt"
Now I told other people who emailed me it WAS sold. So he could buy it, now he doesn't want to buy it and now five other peopel declined to purchase it.
