Where do people find those animated pictures. And how do you resize them smaller.

Most of the animated icons are AIM buddy icons. You can do a search online for "AIM Buddy Icons" but many of them will be porn. As far as resizing it, just about any graphics program will do that easily. Even paint that comes standard with windows will do it.
