over the summer i bought a zero kick hammer for my tippmann 98 (w/ act) and recently went to put it in (working 7 days a week in the summmerdidnt allow for too much down time for paintball unfortunately) and realized that i cant keep the act with this hammer. is there any way i can modify this hammer to make it work w/ the act? i dont think i can return it, its been far too long and it cost me a few bucks that i'd realy hate to have just wasted

i would say sell it on eBay as far i know you cant modify it.

It's most likely doable, just damned near impossible, and you'd be darn lucky and blessed to get it on the first try without destroying a few first. Also, a lack of machine shop and fancy professional tools would make it even harder. I would know, I've done many such modifications with mere hand tools and small handheld power tools.

It's modifiable, but like Gov said, it's going to be a trial and error kind of thing unless you have experience with applications of calculus involving several derivatives.
