Tussing Semi pistols vs. Plamer Squalls

I'm in the market for a semi pistol, but i don't ahve a PGP for one of the many available conversions. I have done alot of looking around, and i think I am getting either a Squall or a Tussing semi. Can anyone give me insight into which is more accurate? more efficient? higher rof?
