My wife currently uses the Alpha Black Tactical, and had no problem using it until someone let her hold one of their guns (which was considerably lighter). I wish I could remember what it was, but in my search to try and locate a lighter weight gun for her under the 200 dollar range, I came across the US Army Carver One (coming in at 3.25lbs).

My Question is this. Has anyone used it and if so would you recommend it? And/or, what has been your experience with it?
Lastly. I am open to looking for other lightweight markers as long as they fall under 200 dollars.
Thanks for your help.

I've yet to hear anything about the Carver One, but I have read a few things.

Here's a review where it gains a pretty solid rating.
If you're looking for a lighter Tippmann, there is the old standard of a 98 Custom (2.9 pounds). Most would recommend the 98 for its durability and ease of upgrading; its aftermarket is huge. It is a bit pricier than the Carver One, but you're getting a proven marker.
I've never actually heard of gun weight being a sticking point in woodsball, though...
I can't personally say much on gun weight; I carry one of the heavier markers as a primary (Spyder MR2 - 4.2 pounds)

Thanks for the additional link Graybass. I wish the weight wasn't a problem, as I would have gotten her a lighter gun to start with. As it is, I upgraded to the Project Salvo, and she got the ABT (because she really liked it). I'm a pretty big guy, so the weight never bothered me, in fact if they are too light they just feel like toys in my hands.
I saw the Carver One (didn't actually realize it was new this spring) and thought that might be a good compromise. I think adding a remote line for her may help too.

A remote would be a nice addition and could perhaps help with the weight distribution on the Alpha Black Tactical (4.12 pounds).
With a remote, however, you'll have to look into getting either a vest (http://www.actionvillage.com/040-293-0006) or a harness (http://www.actionvillage.com/040-480-0003) to put that tank.
I personally use that vest I linked above. Not only will it hold your tank, it'll provide a little extra protection for your wife, if she prefers.

I think the harness may be the way to go for her. I had her try the vest I used and she said it was just too bulky. We even took the pods out.
For reference, here is the vest I use:
