Yup. It's a nice little marker. The G4 is Dangerous Power's new base line marker, which replaces the G3. The main upgrades are in the bolt and the trigger, which were the first things anyone got rid of on the G3. All the o-rings are on the body which means there are no o-rings on the bolt at all. This allows a more inherently smooth travel of the bolt. That, plus some improved internal architecture makes the new o-ringless bolt more efficient than even the top-of-the-line aftermarket bolt on the G3 (which was a monster improvement over stock).

Likewise, the old G3 trigger was fairly lifeless, and had limited adjustability. The new trigger has pre-travel, post-travel, and activation point adjustments.

All in all, if you're used to a Cocker, a G4 will blow you away with how light, efficient, and reliable it is. Trust me on this one, because I was a Cocker exclusive guy when I bought my G3. I remember being so shocked at how small it was that I took it over to a buddy's place to show it off. His response was "This is the whole thing? There's nothing else?". It's shocking how small it is, especially when you're used to something Cocker sized.

Bottom line, I'm very happy with my purchase of the G3, and I would have done it again with the knowledge I have now. With than in mind, remember that the G4 is basically an improved G3. It's quiet, efficient, reliable, and takes almost no maintenance (especially compared to a Cocker). I can't count the number of times I'd intended to use a Cocker, and having the G3 in my bag saved me from either missing half the day in repair or going home early because of Cocker breakdowns.

If you've got any specific questions about it, I'll be glad to elaborate in any way I can.

Yes, it is. That's exactly how I use my G3, and this is just a better version of mine.
