Does anyone knoe if this is a good site to order from? It doesn't seem to be too mainstream, and has awesome prices, and I was just wondering if there was a catch that anyone knew of?

I have heard BAD things. They take forever to ship... they lose things easliy... stuff like that.

This site is excellent. All of my friends have bought from this site and have never had problems. Also, if you buy paint and it get screwed up during the shiping they will replace it for free!!

Do NOT buy anything there! First when I ordered the product they took a whole week to ship it out (three day select shipping). Then when it finally got here not only was it not the right product, but it was the wrong color and bore size too. Then he wanted to argue with me about what I ordered. They are not too smart:dunce:. I will never order from them again and I suggest you dont either.

I bought from there 3 times, all three times i got y stuff within 2 days, normal ground shipping. Their free paint policy also holds true. Exvellent service.

I buy from bobby all the time, so do my co-workers. We HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS with them at all. They are fast, friendly, and very knowledgable. They are the only store I buy my paint from. They price match, and because I live in their local shipping area (they are in Chesapake VA) we get our stuff next day. Don't beleve what you hear, they rock IMHO.

I just bought some paint there.....Bobby told me to go with the Proball Devil over the Severe Cyclone. I tried looking for a review/post anywhere on the web, but can't. Could someone tell me what this paint is like? (brittleness, thickness, color, weight, consistancy, bore size, etc) I really want to know before I finalize my order...

Does anyone know if this Bobby has a AOL SN, or AIM? My order was deleted and I've been having trouble getting in touch with anyone who can fix it, I've been waiting for two weeks and getting kind of sick of this really bad customer service. They even gave me a bad phone number, telling me I could re order. The phone number was disconnected, and now when I IM the guy who sent me the number he doesnt respond, and also hasnt responded to the email I sent a few days ago.

He told me that he was going to email me, but that was weeks ago. I suggest you just take it off the credit card, and never shop there again. I would rather watch the cooking channel for 24 hours straight then doing all the work trying to get my money back. They have horrible customer service. Im going to order from pbgear and 888 from now on.

I had 1 very annoying problem...they sent me an email a day before my Rebel deluxe was supposed to arrive saying that they ran out. I canceled the order and got it from 888paintball instaed

how could you get the wrong # off of his website. I buy from Bobby every week, we buy 10 to 15 cases of paint every two weeks..... We have never had a problem with him EVER!

I didnt get the number off the website, someone sent me an email with a number to call, and he gave me the wrong number. Yes, they're fine if there are no problems with the order, but if even the slightest thing needs to be changed it takes weeks.

Just out of curiosity, shouldn't this thread be closed like the one that was complaining about E-paintball. I really don't see a difference.

We just orderd 20 cases of paint, and had it shipped with no problems. I only order through the phone however, I have never placed an order online, and I usually only deal with bobby.......

I ordered from them and they were cordial and easy to deal with. The only small issue I would say is it is sometimes difficult to get someone on the phone but that could have been my timing when calling. I think they are a great store and would recommend them to other people.

i went to buy a barrel there nothing for 1 week then after 1week and a day i get a email saying there out of stock... wtf i could of been looking for another barrel or already had one but no they take up my time and i had to use my crappy barrel for two games.

again, we deal with them all the time, and have never had an issue. If you call the # on their site and talk to someone you shouldn't have any issues. They know if thier stuff is out of stock. I have ordered from DYE and their Online orders take forever.....

ok it must just be online becuase i did it online it and took forever. I will start using the phone seems easier.
