Heres the thing, awhile back, my friend got sum new springs for his PMI traccer, and he said they worked great. but he is now selling that gun for a phantom, and said i could have the max spring. I first noticed that the spring it self was a great deal longer than my stock, (possibly 2inchs). But being me, i rammed it down there anyways. I felt the new spring right away. It was working great. but then a horrific thing happend. I began to realize that i was breaking balls, UNCONTROLLABLY. i would break 3 just in one round (which is more then i have broken w/o the new spring, EVER). i just about flamethrowered my friend.

I need a way to stop it, without going back to the nothing (stock spring)

anything would help, thx.

Sounds like you have a major velocity problem now. First of all, you put the spring of a pump gun into your rebel...why? I would suggest buying a spring kit meant for the Rebel, either that or cut down the spring you have now and stretch it to the length of your stock spring.
