dang.. were going tommaro... unless it rains, we went the other sunday and it was to hectic with all the teams etc, saturdays are alot calmer etc, and you have more freedom.... if u guys change ur mind or anything i gave u my phone# in the pm i sent you about parts

heh, well.. i think its just gonna be me and sked from our team there (one is gonna tape..) so if you can get one more guy and we can do a 2v2 on ur break or somthing that would be neat, its kinda hard to play on sunday cause we gotta go to school on monday.. pain in the butt ;) but were gonna be on spring break soon, so the sky's the limit for then..

What about Sat. Some of us like to keep holy the Sabbath day. I'll be there with a couple of my buddies on Sat. There should be three of four of us. We want to get some practice in for that 3-man coming up next month.

and yea, im sure u saw mike during the course of the day.. he is the only non kid ref other than the owners, he stays on the outside and ref's

He's the guy that refs the outside? He's pretty cool. I really think he's a fair honest guy. He made what I thought was sort of a bad call, but he was very rational and went over and explained it so I thought that was very cool of him.

Ya, that was you on the hyper. I agree with what you did for rec ball a 100%, but that kid with the saber, he got lit up with about 6 hits before he even made that bunker. He played on, and went to bunker that guy (my teammate, so I was watching) when he should have been out. I probably cause it was rec ball would have made the same call, had I not seen the kid got hit (he was hit on the side of his body away from you and me). Course it didn't matter, the guy on my team with the Angel, his revy siezed up completly and couldn't shoot more than once or twice a second so he really wasn't contributing a whole lot to that game.

I'm not trying to be a ****, I REALLY Appreciate the job you guys do out there, the reffing has always been great. #1 reason I drive the extra miles and avoid other local fields like the plague.

But that kid still did play on, he should have been pulled and the other guy should have stayed in (who wasn't hit either by the way).

How many more refs does WAP need. Cause the way things are going there is going to have to be like 2 rec groups and 1 advanced group

You are right Sked. We were just talking about that on Sat.
The poor trailer could not hold everyone. We would like to have as many refs available as possible for the times when we are so busy. Anyone who is interested, please come up to the trailer and talk to us.

well i see it this way,2 kid's shooting the crap out of each other,i see white paint break all over ones barrel and sevral hits on the other guy,it's a rec game on a awsome saturday afternoon,theres no $ or prizes as stake, to avoid the "who shot who first " argument,i pull them both,let them both know why they were pulled,then get them back in the next game to have fun


your buddy was hit ,his barrel was streaked on the top,with a balls worth of white paint,witch is waaay over the quarter size rule i go by,and enough shell,and a impact spot from were the paint spread,he stated he had not seen the hit,so it's possible he also played on.

not that that makes him a bad player,or cheater,he seemed like a nice guy and understood why i made that call


also we are scrimaging 3-man on friday if you guys are free and want to get some games in let me know

LOL, actually I thought about it but my gf is having surgury on her foot tomorrow so I promised that the next couple days I'd take her out...errr and she's already made (my) plans for friday. God I wish I could, when are you guys going again? On fridays my last class ends at either 10, or 12 if I actually goto econ. Man, if you guys opened on friday afternoons, even if was only for "friends" you know that would be sweet! Actually get some playing in w/ out the huge rec groups (no offense to them).

Anyways, let me know if you guys make it out there all the time on fridays cause if you do I would love to go, I still might.
