An expansion chamber and an anti-siphon tube (or a remote) would work well. A nice reg would work better, and a nice reg and an anti-siphon would work best. Depends on how much you want to spend, but I'd just go with an ex-chamber and anti-siphon. It's much cheaper and works pretty well. Unless of course you live where it's really cold, but then you shouldn't be on CO2 anyway.

wtf is a anti-siphon?? do i need to buy it if i wanted to buy a reg? i'm thinking about putting a vertical adapter thingy on the aggressor i'm buying and a WGP reg that i'm going to buy for $35
