Alright,, I have a 2001 cocker,, I just bought a shocktech superfly bolt. The guy told me it was made for a 2001. I take it home and of course it doesnt work. It has hardly any air comming out of the barrel. It blows air out of the breech. I can look down into the breech. I can see the tip of the bolt in the breech. So, It doesnt fit. I thought that i had to get a 99 and lower back block but he said i didnt have to. If i do need a 99 and lower block,,i want a chrome one,,any suggestions on the problem and the kind of chrome back block if i need one????????

I know what you are going thru. The Superfly and alien delrin bolt, both made by shocktech are not designed to fit in the 2000 and 2001 models. The 2000 and 2001 models have a shorter back block. As of right now, shocktech has not released the newer versions of these two bolts. All you need to do is buy a '99 back block and you will be fine. Here is an option, buy a akalmp lightning bolt, you can get it for either the '99 or 2000 and 2001. It is made of black delrin and my friend who has an sto cocker uses it. It is the bolt of choice for tourney players, it adds almost 30% more efficiency to your air tank or co2 tank. Also it increases your velocity 30 to 70 fps. They run I think around $60, try skanline.com.

Possible things to try:
Im not sure about the bolt, i use the aka lightning bolt:)
but if it is for the 2000/1 cocker then here are a few things to check:
Make sure the bolt is not upside down.
Adjust the gap between the back block and the gun.
(simply uncrew the back block a little to back the bolt from the breach a little.
