Okay Here Is my Layout For My New Timmy. Tell me what you think. I have also listed the prices next to each item so tell me where I could save some money.

Blue Timmy - $700
Shappire 12vrew - $57 (would I be okay with 9v?)
68 Steel (w/thread and fill protectors) - $152
How good are steel tanks?
CP Drop with ASA & on/off(blue) - $65 w/o on/off - $55
REDZ 2 with tubes(blue) - $21
Macro kit(guess what its blue) - $18
REG - Help me out here. I am working on a budget from week to week.
As you can see thats just about 1015. I have about 1017. Do you think this is a good setup? Would I be okay with 9v rew instead of 12? PLZ show me where I can save lots of money.

No you wont be okay with a 9v, the timmy is FAST and a 9 volt would never keep up. For regs, I reccomend the vigi, easy to use, no problems from mine, Air America is pretty good with customer service, and any proshop will be able to get you parts for them, since they're some of the more popular regs. For a bit more, the messiah is even better. MacDev gladiator is also an awesome reg, but harder to find, and not every store is gonna have parts. Both are around 70 at the most, and the messiah is gonna cost you more. As for steel tanks, steel will give you same performance as fiber, but I find that the weight really sucks. Steel is too heavy for my liking, but some people dont mind it, and your performance will be the same, so dont worry
