i screwed in my co2 in and it started leaking really bad. the co2 was pouring out from my expansion chamber/foregrip so thick it was white. i thought it might be an O-ring but the air is most definitely coming out from the hose where the bolt connects the hose to the expansion chamber on my xtra. can anyone help?

when is the last time you oiled them? oil through the ASA, and if that dosent work, take off the Exp. Chamber and check all the o rings. hope that works! :)

ASA? im sorry im a little out of it could you explain your acronyms. thanks alot. yeah there's only like one O-ring associated with the expansion chamber. well its not even much of an expansion chamber its the stock one and the one on the xtra is kind of a midget expansion chamber. anyways i can clearly feel and see the air coming out of the hose at that bolt so if it is the hose i dont want to mess with it too much, i need to let an air smith deal with the hose or i will just make it worse.

Sounds like the fittings are leaking. It happens. Is it macroline or steel braided line? Or is it the Green Xtra or the Blue one? Just put a few drops of oil in the ASA (air source adaptor, the thing you screw your tank into) and fire your gun with the barrel off about 20 times. That should cycle oil through the gun. If that doesn't work get teflon tape and put that on the hose threads. If those don't work you need a new hose and fittings. I have the green xtra with the macroline and I had to get fitting and steel braided hose. No biggie though.

If its with the fittings, loctitie might work.

if you are running CO2 you should get steel braided tubes. CO2 can eat away at macroline. It has happened to a couple guys at my field.
