AIR SOFT MARKERS GIVING PAINTBALL A BLACK EYE

Just on the news today..I hear how kids are buying paintball markers that look alot like a real gun....and are cheep and causing problems because they look so much like a real gun in size and color ....and the kids are carring them and hiding them in their waist bands like they are real....


With markers like these out there it will only cause problems for the paintball comunity as a whole..and only bolster the arguments for gun control.....(and when I say gun control ..paintball markers included)....

Just an opinion.....whats your take on it.....

Airsoft isnt paintball. They're BB guns, that shoot 6mm plastic BBs. I dont think it reflects poorly on paintball, because it isnt paintball.

There's a group of Air Soft players who come to our field every now and again ... They're like gungho Camoed out ... guns look extremely real ... and the folk look extremely psycho. Plus, how do you know if someone's out or not???

well they do shoot paintballs also.....they are just very small paintballs.....so they leave a very small mark......at most fields the mark they leave wouldn't even count as a hit because the mark they leave is smaller than a quarter...

Well a group of friends that i play paintball with also has airsoft guns... They look just like real ones... Sooo theyre out playing and someone thought it would be funny to drop one off (justin) at the police station.. Heh... like 4 cops came out with shotguns...

yeah one time at my field i play at some kids came and they used the guns and they were real lookin and they cant shot for **** but i can understand y the cops would go after them.
anyway we were playin and i got stuck on their team and they keeped getting out so me and my friend were always the last guys left . lol my friend got mad and shot one right in the mask cuz he keep saying how buch my friends sts sucked compared to his pee shoter!!!! those guns like lob paint at peeps but the balls like never break in the barrel and they always had to keep changing their 12 grams and they would get shot all the time.

This stupid guy at my school is planning on playing with Air**** guns but without paintballs, he is going to use real bbs that go 280 fps. Also he only has 1 other stupid person to play with.

Airsoft guns shoot PLASTIC bb's. They bounce off, they dont go into your skin. And most peaple just play lets shoot eachother up untill were bored..not one hit and ure out...atleast thats how the peaple i know play..BTW airsoft BB guns are Awseome.

i play airsoft and paintball but I like paintball more. In airsoft theirs more cheating and people take it way way to seriously. They get all decked out in swat team gear, its crazy.
