Is this JT's first marker they actually manufactured themselves? The deal sounds pretty sweet!

click the link in Skull's post, then click on guns and scroll around until you see JT ... they're really good looking markers at a good price. I wonder how well they perform.
Can't you guys put two and two together?
Hmmm Brass Eagle makes markers. The majority of paintballers despise Brass Eagle, but Brass Eagle wants to make more money.
So Brass Eagle buys Viewloader, then they buy Jt. Then Jt comes out with a gun. Then Viewloader comes out with a gun. IT is highly unlikely that viewloader and Jt actually make the markers.
Ever seen the BE alpha mask they are selling in Walmart? Well gee, guess who makes it?...JT!!!!!
IS it just me, or is this PAINFULLY obvious?!

I dont really care who makes it.. thats a great deal for all u get, and it's a pretty sweet lookin gun. Could use a better barrel, but that can be fixed.

WGP produces them for JT. And, incidentally, WGP use Bruizer parts to make them. All in all, its a product of the WGP buyout of NuLine.

That we live in a Capitalistic society where large companies that make what are preceived as inferior products buy out smaller, more nimble companies that make superior products, for the sole purpose of running those companies, their products and reputations into the ground like so many squalling sled dogs?
HA ha ha. Yeah...true enough.
In my post I said NOTHING about performance or quality of Brass Eagle products. Does this mean that I won't buy Jt or Viewloader products anymore?
The fact that Brass Eagle may be manufacturing products for Viewloader or JT has nothing to do with my purchasing decsions.
But If there is an obvious relationship, I'll definitely be watching for changes in product quality. Hopefully Brass Eagle absorbs the good qualities of such companies like JT and comes to the realization that QUALITY not QUANTITY prevails.

I really like how most manufacturers are making centerfeed standard. Hopefully it stays that way.

don't ask me why but the 4.0 reminds me of a timmy, maybe because of that wierd little drop forward but it has kinda the same shape as an intimidator if you see what i'm saying. but hey, i'm all for brass eagle finally making some good products. they start lots of people ont he sport of paintball, hopefully not so many would quit because they think all markers are like BE. but i think its a cool loking gun and i'd buy it despite it's name (that is if i was looking to buy a new semi)

I shot this gun today, its pretty solid. Its built very well and shoots really smoothly. I was surprised at the weight its heavy , but I think thats because its well made. Its does not have the light flimsy feel of Spyder etc..
I unloaded about 15 shots full speed and no problem. It shot straight as an arrow(but i was indoors) with the stock Barrel. I liked it a lot I will be getting one real soon i think.
