I am ordering my first gun this weekend (help me)

i am going to order a spyder xtra from pbgear.com this weekend. here are a few questions i would like answered:

1. i am looking at buying a lapco big shot stainless steel, is this a good barrel, i know the regular big shot got really good reviews and i read the stainless reviews from this site. i basically want a silver/chrome looking barrel to match the gun so that i why i am paying extra for the stainless over the regular.

2. what other stuff should i get for it? upgrades . . .

3. anyone have one, can you tell me about it, how is the stock barrel?

The stock barrel is great and i am pleased with the LP chamber and the Expansion chamber. Like they have said in other threads the drop forward isnt much but its better then a bottomline by itself. I would upgrade my barrel then get a new drop forward. i like the standard one. other then that i love this gun and am very happy with my purchase/

THEY SUCK BAD, my friend got asked what state he lives in after he told em he lived in canada and he told em his address he didn't get his gun a month a later, only to find they were out of stock, he kept calling em and crap and they hung up on em and got real mad, THEY SUCK END OF STORY

why don,t you order stuff from a place in your own country and don't insult paintballgear.com or xpaintball.com i odered my shutter and my sl682 and my illustrator from xpaintball and i orderd my nickel plated micro e-mag from pball gear and both stores have great customer service and got my stuff to me on time (so quit whining just because youre a stupid canadian)

Man the xtra is a great gun but if you buy any barrel but a terminator you are wasting your money. I have shot about all the high end barrels and when my wife bought a 14" terminator i sold them all. You can buy one for between 40-50 bucks and it will out shoot any barrel i have seen. I would if i were you take the extra you would spend on a stainless barrel and buy either an agitated hopper or a regulator. Either will improve the already great gun you are buying.
