First of all try different paint: take a ball and put it into your barrel if it rolls through its too small if it doesn't fit it's too big. if it get's stuck in the barrel and it pop's out when you blow lightly in the barrel its just the right size. diablo works for me
and check the balls themselves if they have a seam that you can feel than they will curve like a base ball.
second lower your dwell that seams to work for me. point it at about 2 to 3 o'clock. that helped me a lot.
and if that doesn't help you may have a defective barrel. no biggy with your manuals and stuff you got a warranty for the barrel just send it back for a new one.
there is nothing wrong with your gun if its accuracy problems its ither your barrel or paint....most likely your paint. PMI doesn't work at all for mine.:atten:

It sounds like problems with the paint or junk in your barrel.

PMI, our field paint, tends to do this loopy curve thingy w/my barrel too, so...just try a different paint at the target range, see what works, squeegee often, shoot long

what paint works well with a progressive barrel?
Fresh PMI should work just fine in your barrel
First, take your barrel off, and wash it out real good. Use warm water and dish soap. scrub it out with a 12 ga shot gun swab, or simply push wadded up paper towels thru the barrel. DRY FULLY (paper towels again)
Now take out the bolt and hammer assembley. Push paper towels thru the body to clen out any greese.
Wipe the bolt off (paper towels work well again) and relube the o-rings. be very careful to wipe off ANY GREESE forward of the front o-ring. You do NOT want any lube on the front of the bolt-- got that-NONE, ZERO,NODA!
Wipe of the hammer assembly. You want NO greese on the hammer, the back of the hammer, the bumper between the hammer and the hammer assemble, and the hammer assemble its self.
Re assemble, cover the front of the body with a rag, and dry fire about 20 times. NOTE this is done without barrel! We don't what any greese getting into the barrel!
How you have the gun ready to do its best. hopefully the paint you get is not full of dimples and it will shoot fine.
Take a spray bottle with you to the field. Between games, spray down the barrel and push papper towels thru it to clean it. NEVER depend on the Squgee to clean your barrel-- that is just to get the crap out while you are on the field-- a CLEAN barrel will shoot lots better.
If you are still having problems with accuracy, see if you can test the gun with someone else's barrel. There was a point a few months ago that some barrels got out that had burrs in the porting. If yours is one of these, contact Smart Parts.

i find that diablo paint works very well with my barrel (12" progressive)
apart from that, any paint with the same bore size should be fine, here is a link to a table of paint/barrel bore sizes, http://shireonline.com/technical/barrels/ but the only surefire way of making sure is to check the way Apoll0_84 mentioned as paint can vary from batch to batch
