I think it's bad myself. Paintball is not meant to simulate violence or war, and that's kinda what people are trying to do with those guns. Furthermore, those guns go against everything about paintball technology that every other manufacturer knows to follow, ie.
No double trigger
You cant get compact with them, they're just way too damn long
No cool ano pattern
No upgrades available
Probably no way to attach a bottomline
Standard feed instead of power feed
No way to even buy a new barrel
It's just wrong man, you could buy a timmy, matrix, shocker, bushey or tricked out cocker for those prices, and you get soooo much more with the cocker. To put it in perspective, I'd take a spyder compact over those guns, and the spyder is 1/10th the price. It just doesnt make sense to buy those for rec play

I completely understand the need to disassociate paintball with war so it, like so many great things before it, does not get banned in this wonderful free country we have. That and let's face it, we don't need people thinking it's cool to point guns at each other. But personally I'm a big wargamer, love strategy and tactics. So I do tend to see paintball as 'playing war'. Speedball is fun but I prefer the small unit tactics woods games rather than the shootouts. So anyway, my point, I think the guns are pretty darn sweet. But if they're going to give the game a bad public image hopefully they won't catch on.

i saw these from the real companies website, they also make clones for the m-85 and mac-10, the one huge problem with these are you cant use them in a tourney, its not a switch that activates auto its when you start pressing the trigger fast it clicks on. Also if i need repairs good luck finding someone who knows about em, and who wants to out in a new clip after every 30 shots???

i thought those replica guns are made for police or SWAT training, not for regular paintball.
