sorry i sound like an idiot, but where does the VFF go, and where do i install it?

Right above the Vert Maxflow, it goes between the Imp body and the MaxFlow.

what if i dont have a vert reg mines a bottom line like this:

Should still go just below the front grip... its just a part that gets gas more efficiently to the solenoid or something to that extent.

It comes with instructions. You'll have to remove your fore-grip and install it there... then you'll have to get a new fore-grip as your old one won't work with the VFF.
