what would be the best way to go if i want to not upgrade a lot and a good rate of fire.

depends. a cocker w/ all american or shocker w/ all american is totally depending on ur preference. (shockers come with all american stock) cocker triggers are different than shockers. shockers can shoot faster, but shocker efficiency SUCKS. depends. i love cockers. i was faced with this decision: shocker, cocker, or intimmy. i ended up choosin da intimmy cuz of features. shocker vs cocker is a very hard decisions, because each is awesome, and unique. da cocker looks awesome when its back bolt is like flying, and it sounds cool. the shocker is so fast, i love its trigger, and its accuracy and noise level is superb. its all preference. try shooting both and see wat u want.

Shockers aren't that fast, they can only shoot 11.2 rps. At least that's what it said in the shocker faq at warpig.

If you want a high rate of fire in that price range I would get a bushy. Adjustable trigger and high rate of fire. In the future you could even get a chaos chip or dv8 annd shoot 20 balls a sec or unlimited with an anti chop eye. an Impulse is also a good choice for co2 since the bushy requires a bunch of stuff to run co2. The only thing is the trigger is long and cant be adjusted so this will affec your rate of fire. There might be an aftermarket trigger that allows you to adjust it though.

I would have to say that there is no problem with Autocockers out of the box. Just don't screw around with them unless you know what you are doing. Don't fix it if it is not broke.
