X-Treme Paintball in Crestview?

Anyone know if this field is still operating and if so, just where the !*&? it is at? I saw a sign that said it was 6 mi north of Crestview, so I drove 10 miles and never saw it or a sign pointing to it. Phone call to the listed number went unanswered. If it is open, I would like to check it out a play it.
