Has anyone else done this? I had to trim the grip by the trigger guard, but other then that the fit well. They were a pain in the *** to screw on, and you have to use your stock screws. I am happy with the results though. So what do you think?

man.. some of your guys markers are a little bit too clean.. do you ever play with your tippy or do you just put upgrades on it without using it? my tippy comes home with new scatches and 'ding' marks after everytime i play...

Hey can u take a pic from the front angle, showing where u cut the grips... i want to see the job.... i was thinking of getting a pb 2x trigger and guard or making one like it, because it just installes where the single trigger guard goes, without cutting the grips... and yes they are a pain to install... i stripped some threads in 2 of the screw holes... i think i'll boil them next time i put them on..

yes I've played with it. It's fairly new, and I have only used it 5 or 6 times in the last 2 months. Mainly backyard woods ball. I will be playing Night Hyper ball next month @ my local field. It should be sweet......

I will snap some more shots of it tonight and post them tomorrow.

Are those grips bigger than the frame? It looks like a little bit extends past the frame on the upper right.

yeah they are slighly larger, but only the little lip hangs off, you really don't notice it when holding it. Here are the pics as requested above.....

the place the I cut was very thin. You could probably get away with out cutting them. It would just be even more of a challange to get on I think.

I have put the dye sticky's on without cutting them it looks better with them cut it just sort of bunches up at the bottom of the trigger gaurd it takes time but it can be done without cutting but your making more work for your self by not.

The resale value drops to like $10 no matter what just b/c they are new...why would anyone want to buy used grips anyway, they are only like $30. You should do what's gonna be best for your marker and not worry about resale vaule...bc if you're worried about resale value then I suggest you just keep your marker in your bag and never use it.

I am definatly not worried about destroying the value of them. I am not going to pop them off and sell them ;)

I am getting ready to buy a 68ci/4500psi PMI fiber wrapped tank. NITRO BABY
Here is a photochopped pic of what it will look like come tuesday night........

do you guys think that's necessary? I am new to HP setups, and I don't want the LP kit. The tank is a preset, and has a reg. Do you think a second is needed?

The low pressure kit is a great idea if your going to run nitro, without it there really isn't that much advantage running nitro over co2. The low pressure kit allows your gun to work effiecently with nitro, because your internals aren't meant for overall gas effiecency. So I think you should get one since your going to be running a nitro off of it.
About the regulator it is a good idea to. I mean your tank has a reg on it which most do. Just the tank reg would do, but a secondary reg would be a good idea to keep your gun consistent. I hope that helped some.

I have thought about the LP kit, but I have had several people (including the my shop) tell me the that the LP kit is really not worth the money. I don't know, The marker will run on 850psi, the tank outputs at a consistant 850 psi. Worst case would be to but the LP kit and not use the rear cocking system. I will probably pick up the secondary reg, and vert adapter though for now......

The low pressure kit does help, it allows better gas flow through the internals of your gun. You can put on the low pressure hkit and not use the rear cocking, but the rear cocking does help with effeciency to.
The secondary reg is a great idea for now. But later on you should consider getting the low pressure kit for you 98.
