jt 2piece vs. dye boomstick

does anybody kno which one is better. Cuz i'v heard that they'r about the same, and the jt 2piece is cheaper.... so which would you buy if you dont have one already?

The JT is not as good. I've seen them break A lot of balls. And I have a boomstick and dont break any.

I have both, get the JT it's cheaper and same performance. The guy with the ball breakage problem probably has bad barrel to paint match. Just make sure the JT is bored out nicely. I had a bad back from them earlier.

I called JT and had to do a exchange. This was a pain but it was able to be resolved. The promise date they told me was off by a week. If you get it from your local paintball store, check the barrels first. The problem I had was, I ordered it, thinking to save a few dollars, it ended up giving me a headache.

Ive used the JT 2-piece many times and it shoots very far and accuracy is great. The quietness of the barrel is slightly louder than my Teardrop.

Ive never used the Boomstick but the JT does break SOME balls, more frequently than the Teardrop (actually i have never broken a ball in 1000 shots EVER!). Probably because the bore size on the JT is very small.

I have the WGP 2-piece (exact same thing as the JT 2-piece, e-mail me if you don't believe me...) and it is DANG good. My friend has an Xcel and said it was better than that (its no boomstick, but you know) and it hasn't broken one ball, is easy to clean, and a GREAT barrel.
