98 custom or A-5

Its new, but it is alot bulkier then the tippmann 98 Custom
1/2 pound heavier and an inch longer

A-5 shoots 15 BPS....but for 365$, it might be easier to just get an Impulse. the 98c is still the most economical rec gun IMHO.

I wouldn't by an A-5 right off the bat. I would wait a few months and see how it does performance wise before I plunked down $360 on the A-5.

I'd say go with something thats been around and proven, the 98 custom.

You can find a M98C for less than half of what the A5 costs.
Also there arent any upgrades available for the A5 right now, but I'am sure there will be some in the future. But there is tons of aftermarket stuff available for the M98.

Would you people stop telling him to buy a A-5 right away. Wait for the A-5 to come out a give it some time to get some good reviews on the marker. There only a handfull of people that have used the thing, and most of them didn't use it in a game. Only test shooting. Plus with how much it cost.....You may want to get an autococker for only $10 more. I would give the A-5 some time before jumping for it. Just to see what people think of it when this site gets for good reviews in on it.
