Impy Vision glitch?

Has anyone had to adjust the vision due to being outside in sunlight or changing feeders?
I had adjusted the eye with my Black Halo loader and it worked great. A buddy wanted to try out my Halo so I changed to my Clear Revvy and the eye would allow it to fire with no paint.
Do any of you have to change settings often due to light?
The only thing I can figure is the Clear hopper is letting light in to reflect off the eye.
I am using the same paint every time. Any suggestions?

It is very common for the eye to be "fooled" by sunlight. this is why you must have a hopper and barrel on the gun when adjusting the eye.

So by extension, yes, a clear revy can screw with the eye
