I was wondering when the movie comes out on DVD or in theaters. On their site I can't find any good info about it.

I'm from The Netherlands and the movies here comes out much later then there in The States.

The movie has not been completed yet, but supposedly is on the fast track to production. It was delayed for over a year because of a Hollywood writers strike or something similar. As to a release date, it's anyone's guess at this point I think.

I haven't heard anything about a release date, and yeah the delays seem to be dragging production on forever. C'est la vie I suppose. And if you didn't know the website here it is for you

yeah, unless you get a good idea of where the paint is going it aint gonna be good.

mebbe if the paint glowed or if the did matrixesque effects.

There are well known actors in this movie and it is all about speedball.....
So it can't be that bad....???!! right.

Oh well we will see when it's on the white screen.

I think itll suck.
A bunch of kids go to tourny level paintball and gets to go all the way to the top after one victory after another and win in the big regional. Sounds bad.
Paintball is not the most entertaining thing to watch.

The character conflicts w/ self and problems thing sounds bad. Almost cliche.
"I now know what it means to be part of something."
"I need the prize money to start my dreams or save my financial assets."
"I'm a lonely drug adict."
"I'm a ***** whose afraid to lose her true love from (fill in activity that the guy has a passion for.)
REALLY BAD CHARACTER PLOTS

Terry Adams, 23 A confident paintball store owner who's about to lose his store to the bank. At first reluctant to form a team, he realizes he has nothing to lose and a lot to gain. He's the Co-captain of Team Shockwave and Sponsors the team with paintball equipment as best he can. After saving Nadia's lifejust outside his paintball store, he falls in love with her. A spiritual soul who is looking for Zen in the art of Paintball.

Buzz McCleod, 50 An experienced paintball player who teaches the philosophy of "no fear" and Zen. His personal problem involves coming to terms with the passing of his only son due to a drug overdose many years prior. He finds peace in teaching a new generation about the sport of Paintball and life in general.

Jesse Floyd, 24 Shockwave's best player. THe anti-hero had a lonely and dysfunctional childhood. Abandoned by his family, he turned to drugs to deal with the loneliness and the pain he has felt all his life.

Nadia Radavich, 22 A beautiful East European woman who was saved by Terry in front of his paintball store from muggers. She falls in love with a player on the team, and is thrown into the "Limelight" of playing in the World Cup... Can she handle it?

Rick (Blinky) Lee, 21 An Asisn-American student with low self esteem who is in a stifling relationship with Heidi. He must overcome his fear of not belonging while making the sacrifice of breaking away from the woman he loves.

David Zoran, 23 A devoted martial artist and a pacifist who needs money to open up a dojo, and former member of "New Order".

Michael Polar, 25 An African-American bartender, who puts his feeble father's needs ahead of his own goals, which makes Michael resentful of him. He joins the team and learns what being a part of something really means.

Speedy, 17 A player who's unpopular with the others due to his immaturity and his knack for shooting his own teammates. Buzz sees great potential in him and his speed is a asset on the playing field.

Blue, 25 The captain of the world champion team New Order. A strong a self-confident character who is feared and regarded as the best player in the world. Wears a blue jersey and only shoots blue paintballs.

Heidi, 30 A strong a conservative woamn who is in love with Rick Lee and wants to settle down. She doesn't share his passion for Paintball and fears that the game will take him away from her.

Duke, 35 A Los Angeles low life gothic drug dealer, which could be the death of Jesse.

Drago Lazetich, 35 An out of work director, looking for work. Any work. Previously made Speedball: The Movie ,which was named the first movie to induce its audience to vomit upon viewing. He's a libra, likes walks on te beach, cute puppys, and destroying good sports good names.

I just love how half the team members are either drug dealers or crack heads. That gives paintball an even worse name. It doesnt really matter no one is going to see it any ways. This is the type of movie they sell at gas stations for $4.99.
