What are the threads of the SS lines on the JT 3.0 & 4.0 guns?

They are metric threads. They are the same as the Spyder.

what size and pitch please, I already tried with spyder hoses, the screw like 1 1/2 turns, leaks like hell

your problem is
no teflon tape
you gotta have teflon tape around the threads
i had the same problem
but now problem solved

Did you use a spyder fitting? on a JT?
