I just got a Dye Xcel 14" barrel. And i wanted to know your oppinion on it or what another barrel under $70 would have been good(i was going to get the Lapco Bigshot,but everywere is out of them) I just tryed it out from about 35 feet away from a tree with a small weedy thingy on it that i hit within about 5 inches(the hunting scope helped out this time)

and why do you want someones opinion on a barrel that you already own i mean cant u come up with your own opinion, try it for yourself and see what you like everyone has different playing styles and uses different setups and paint so use it and then decide on how well it shoots

hewy has a pint, u coudl try it urself. Its a good barrel, my frine dbout one for his autocker

another question about the xcel, it has many many many holes for porting, does this mean it is a gas hog?(i use co2) i wont be able to play till the 27 of may,so i need to know if i need a nother tank

As far as barrels go for under 70... a friend of mine has an All American barrel that he got for i think 50 that is really nice and I have a J&J ceramic that i got for 40 which works well also.
