Well, now that I can no longer buy the paint that I love..
What is the best paint for your money? I don't care about tournament paint or any of that, all I want is a good-priced, great-shooting, break-on-target, few barrel break-type ball.
I've shot RP All Stars before, and I like them, however they are a bit spendy from where I get them. I don't especially like PMI balls.
What do you reccomend? I hear good things about Diablo MIDNIGHT and 32 degrees TEAM COLORS.
I shoot a Tippmann model 98 with a 16" Armson Stealth barrel.
Thanks.
I like PMI premiums alot, but then again you don't seem to...
32 degrees team colors- i used about 600 at an indoor place and they seemed to work well, i didn't have a single barrel break or chop with the stock excellerator 4.0 barrel. I don't recall any problems with accuracy, and I was able to take someone out, in cover, at about 45 yards. Then again, it was my first time playing with a decent semi, it was a few months ago, and i only used them twice...

Team colors and Bigball are sweet -- They have never broken in either one of my barrels or gun (Bigshot--Dye 14" aluminum and Pro/carb)
Team colors are a steal at 39.00 ( www.firstcallpaintball.com )
Good all arround paints (Mostly rec I dont think anyone uses them for tourneys but whatever)

My favorite are still marballizers. These are expensive depending on where you live (up here we get them pretty cheap). I have had good luck with all of the RPS paint, but I usually use PMI Premiums (these are made by RPS). I do not like Diablo paint, and I always get flammed for saying that...but I have never shot diablo paint that impressed me at all.

sweet, thanks. So far it sounds like team colors is the best 'bang for your buck'. Thanks again.

Ok, look into the Severe Cyclone. Excellent paint, excellent fill, contain glitter, ultra round, perfect for a barrel with a .689 bore.
That or the Team Colors.
Cyclone is easy to get for 45 dollars!
First of all you should check the size of your barrel, and then determine which paintballs would fit the best.
i own a DYE Stainless Steel barrel. it is .688 calliber and works well with any .68 or .69 calliber paintball.
i have had the best experiance with Proballs and Marbelizers. i would have to say I like Marbs the best, and they're only a little more expensive. The only thing about Proball is that they have a very thinck shell, and you will sometimes get bounces when you should break on someone.
But before you buy, check the calliber of the paint and barrel.
But I must say I have had bad experiance with Big Balls. maybe its because it was from a feild. maybe it was old, but it seemed like i was breaking every other ball!

I didn't like PMIs because they shot less accurate than the other balls I tried. I field-stripped my gun for the first time and realised it was hella-dirty, and I need to get a tippmann 'first aid kit' for 2 o-rings inside the gun. Wonder how much that will improve...
I tried some bIG BALL today, and they shot well out of my friends gun, but it hacked one of the first 5 in my gun, so I had a ****ty rest of the day because of a greasy barrel (hard to get COMPLETELY clean unless I keep running TP through it...
