Basic Paintball Rules

I just want to know what are some basic paintball rules, I'm new to all this paintball stuff.

If a paintball hits you and breaks, leaving paint on your clothing, you must call out the words "I'm out", raise your marker above your head, and leave the field. When in an area that goggles are not worn, make sure that your barrel plug is in your barrel, your gun is pointed in a safe direction (never above waist level) and your fingers are off the trigger. Never take your goggles off on the field. NEVER. Dont be abusive to other players. Lastly, relax, have fun, and listen to the referies :)
