when the impulse is gassed up, how is the bolt possitioned? is it like the shocker where the bolt is forward and when fired the bolt moves back, drops the ball into the chamber and moves forward, firing or is the ball already in the chamber like in a spyder or blow back semi?
thanx

are you sure, cause i figured it was pneumatic. but i guess i don't understand what pneumatic is. could someone explain?

pnuematic means that it doesn't use a spring to push the bolt forward like a blow back. fully pneumatic means that there is no bolt (just air) but i won't go into details

and to trickdaddy i was answering his question. just read how he asked it.

The Nova 700 and Super Nova are fully pneumatic (even the trigger). They also run at like 90 psi. But the company went out of business. The ICE Epic probably is too, but I'm not sure.

Yes the epic is fully pneumatic. If you get APG all the ads even say.. "Boltless is better"

Yeah the ICE Epic is "boltless". It uses a little "trapdoor" to close off the feed neck. It closes with only three lbs. of force.
