Whats the quietest marker out there? Is it the Smart Parts Shocker? I heard one guy shoot it at a field and basically heard nothing.

Barrel, LP setup, parts. It all factors...I doubt there is a hands down quietest gun. You can guy every gun, configure each gun in every way possible, and use some machine to record the decial level....or you could not

My Shocker is very quiet. Also have a tricked out Phantom VSC and Evolution autococker; both are quiet as well. Depends what you're looking for. If you want "sniper" quiet, I'd go with the Phantom.

the cocker isn't quiet. It redirects the noise away from your target. it's still loud as any other gun from all the other directions.

I say the quetest gun I've heard is a cocker and all I heard was the sound of the pump arm.

A stock phantom is whisper quiet. We have some stock players who play at my field and I never hear them firing, it becomes extremely difficult to target them!

As soon as you shoot everyone will know where you are, you need a silent gun to be undetected otherwise there is no silent gun.

this argument confuses me...

loud guns draw attention to where you are. If someone isn't in your sight and you here loud "pops" behind you of a gun shooting at you, you're gonna turn around and take cover.

If balls come whizzing past your head from behind and you don't know where the shooter is your gonna get confused, and get shot up.

Simple.

yea. Some guns cant be heard 30 or 40 yards away. And last i checked... paint can travel much further than that.

From basically 50yards, if you can't hear the gun, chances are the guy shooting it won't even touch you so its no a problem.:P

My Spyder must be the most quiet gun. It's even more quiet than a Shocker. No...wait...it's not gassed up...nevermind.
