New Imp. Technical Help

I just got my gun from e-paintball outlet (they are awesome, god bless their souls). But anyways. I just got it outa the box. I invite my friend over to see it. The ******* does not know what the hell he is doing and starts to unscrew the bottom of my reg that adjusts the psi. Now, I just need some help with knowing to make sure I dont blow out my solanoid from high psi.

I'm guessing I,

1st - Unscrew my reg at the bottom to reduce teh psi real low.
2nd - Put my tank on and put the air on (I only have co2 right now)
3rd - start screwing in my reg till I reach around 180?
4 - tighten the bolt and leave it be?

you should be ok following that method. also make sure you turn your air source on slowly.

Was anybody else's screw that controls the presure in the reg really stiff, or is it just me?:confused:

there's a lock screw in the side of the pressure adjustment cap. if you back it out with the proper sized allen wrnech it turns a LOT easier. You can also snug it up to keep the cap from turning on it's own during game play. I keep mine snug with enough pressure to adjust it if the pressure goes up at all.
