i recently purchased a spyder compact 2000 on shop4paintball.com and in that package i orderd with it the bottom line, i hadnt touched the bottom line, and when i went to put the co2 in it i noticed a leek, me and electrichead tried to fix it but we coulnt due to lack of tools :( so now im probably gonna find myself getting a new bottomline

and to those of whom are wondering it was not due to a lacking of tephlon tape

Where in the BL was it leaking from? what kind of BL?

well it was leaking towards the part where you screw it in where the co2 tank would go without the bottom line

Did you check that large O ring that is on the fiting the screws into the vertical air receiver?

Well double check it, make sure it is well oiled, make sure it is screwed in all the way, and check the acual hose that conects there.

well we checked everything pretty thuroughly...im not sure if im gonna get a new bottom line considering the fact that im gonna get the expansion kit when i get some money so ill probably just get the expainsion kit instead of getting a new B-line

try to put an oring inside the CA adapter before putting in the co2 tank. 2 orings=double the seal. If it's leaking from the hose..get a new hose. The Stainless steel hose might have a small hole or imperfection.
