What is the advantage of the I-Frame? Is it worth the 200 bucks?

I have never seen any iframes going for $200.
Most shops are charging from $150-$160, check these sites.

And to answer your question, IMO it is definately a worthwhile investment. I wasnt not very comfortable with the feel of my blade trigger. I can obtain an outrageous rof with my iframe. The iframe also moves the trigger frame further in and is also about a half inch shorter than the stock frame.
By the way, it also looks dead sexy on any imp.
